Job Description Traveling Lead BMS Technician - (Contract) Location: Nationwide (Travel Required) Pay: $35-$40/hr (DOE) A national electrical contractor seeks a temporary Lead BMS Technician to support the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems on large-scale data center construction projects across the U.S. This is a travel-based temp-to-hire role ideal for experienced low-voltage professionals with strong BMS and commissioning skills. Key Responsibilities Lead field crews in BMS system installation, startup, and commissioning

Install systems in new construction environment. Install EMT conduit, pull wire and fiber Terminate low voltage and Cat 6 Interpret riser diagrams, control schematics, and wiring layouts. Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality.

System Experience Required HVAC & Electrical Environmental Monitoring Temp/humidity sensors, leak detection, airflow/static BMS Platforms & Protocols such as Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson This is a high-impact field role with steady work, excellent exposure to Tier-rated facilities, and the potential for full-time hire.
