Job description

Job Title: Low-Code Senior Developer
Job Type: Hybrid - Full-Time- Washington DC
Experience Level: Senior
We are hiring a Low-Code Senior Developer to support enterprise modernization initiatives in an Federalenvironment. This role focuses on delivering scalable low-code and BPM solutions using Appian or comparable platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess strong enterprise application development experience, leadership capabilities, and expertise in workflow automation, integrations, and software delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, deploy, and support enterprise low-code applications
  • Develop BPM and workflow automation solutions
  • Work with Appian or comparable low-code technologies
  • Support integrations using web services, JMS, FTP, and related technologies
  • Collaborate within Agile/Scrum development teams
  • Support enterprise application architecture and deployment activities
  • Work with relational databases and SQL-based systems
  • Participate in client discussions, presentations, and technical planning
  • Ensure application scalability, performance, and maintainability
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of related IT experience
  • 3+ years of Appian or comparable low-code development experience
  • Strong background in BPM and enterprise software delivery
  • Experience with SQL and relational database design
  • Familiarity with application servers, web servers, and operating systems
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
