This position allows for flexible work arrangements, as our therapists operate primarily in a remote setting. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that effectively identify client needs and treatment goals.
• Coordinate care by working collaboratively with healthcare team members and community agencies to facilitate holistic support for clients.
• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy utilizing best practices in evidence-based approaches.
• Document treatment plans clearly and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with established medical record policies and procedures.
• Serve as a consultant to team members, providing insights and recommendations to improve client care.
• Advocate for client needs by liaising with community resources, ensuring that clients have access to necessary support services.
• Engage in disposition planning and aftercare strategies that support clients’ ongoing health and well-being.

At Lourdes Psychotherapy LTD., you will primarily work with adult and geriatric populations. However, there is potential for engaging with child and adolescent clients in the near future as our service offerings expand. Your expertise will directly impact the mental health of clients navigating various challenges, reinforcing their resilience and improving overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of California.
• Comprehensive understanding of theoretical and clinical models applicable to marriage and family therapy.
• Proven ability to build effective therapeutic relationships and establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent written communication skills, particularly in documenting clinical evaluations and treatment summaries.
• In-depth knowledge of social work ethics and protocols pertinent to mental health practice.
• Capability to conduct detailed mental status exams and recognize significant changes in clients’ mental health conditions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and support staff, fostering a team-oriented atmosphere.

• Experience in community health settings or working with diverse populations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient record-keeping and data management.
• Experience coordinating care for clients with complex needs, utilizing effective advocacy strategies.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 per annum, commensurate with your education, experience, and specialization. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
