Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.

- Assess residents' health status and develop individualized care plans.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

- Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

- Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease management.

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.

- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
