ServiceChannel is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing professional to join our Strategic Sourcing team. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing ServiceChannel's strategic sourcing functions in close partnership with Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams to deliver and grow on customers' Preventative Maintenance, Capital Replacement and Special Project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the creation, issuing and evaluation of Sourcing Events (RFI/RFP/Targeted Quoting/Direct Negotiation) 
  • Partner with Manager, Strategic Sourcing through negotiation to finalize price, quality and delivery for customer requirements.
  • Implement sourcing strategies in consultation with Manager, Strategic Sourcing.
  • Foster expert trade knowledge on all facility maintenance trades across all customers. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with key Service Providers, Equipment Manufacturers and Part Suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholder teams such as Sales, Account Management and Operations to ensure cross functional collaboration and efficiency. 
  • Collaborate with Marketplace Operations to identify best-in-class providers to ensure optimal mix of quality, cost and service.
  • Support Sales in providing Directional/Estimate pricing for new potential clients.
  • Identifies opportunities to reduce cost or add value to existing Preventative Maintenance programs across all customers. 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Negotiation and Vendor Management 
  • Facility Maintenance and Trade sourcing experience a plus
  • Problem solving skills to identify and solve complex problems 
  • Proven experience working with large complex Service Providers
  • Thought leadership and communication skills that influences decision making
  • Proven ability to work well with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and Product teams
  • Can-do, positive, inspiring attitude
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, while still ensuring high quality deliverables and a strong attention to detail
  • Self-directed and motivated in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • BA degree preferably in Business or Supply Chain Management

Pay Range

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 70,600.00 - 90,900.00
