  •          Service Desk ( Day to Day responsibilities), Configuration of Lotus Notes, Outlook, Applications, Troubleshooting of Error's of Application's.
  •          Knowledge of hardware and software products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills. 
  •          Hands on experience on office technology tools and configuration of hardware - PC's and printers.
  •          Excellent communications skills; oral, written and interpersonal communication skills must be proficient in English.
  •          Experience with the World Bank standard operating systems and desktop software including but not limited to Microsoft Windows 7, Office 2010, Lotus Notes and SAP.
  •          Strong knowledge of hardware and software products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills. 
  •          Working knowledge of office technology hardware - PC's and printers.
  •          Ability to function well in a team-based environment and to contribute towards common goals.
  •          Strong planning and organization skills.
  •          Courteous and patient demeanor with clients.
  •          Client Orientation - Takes personal responsibility and accountability for timely response to client queries, requests or needs, working to remove obstacles that may impede execution or overall success. 
  •          Drive for Results - Takes personal ownership and accountability to meet deadlines and achieve agreed-upon results, and has the personal organization to do so.
