Job description

Part-Time, Off Every Sunday

Are you detail-oriented, independent, and ready to break into an industry with tremendous growth potential? Do you love making products shine and stand out? If so, we want you to join our team of lot attendants!

As a lot attendant, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by maintaining the car lot's appearance and ensuring our vehicles are presented in the best possible light.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspecting and checking in merchandise: Lot attendants are responsible for checking in new vehicles, performing visual inspections, applying proper signage and window stickers, and assisting our photographers to ensure every vehicle is photographed and available in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining appearance of merchandise and the car lot: Cleaning vehicles inside and out while they are on our lot so that they are in pristine condition. Shining windows and mirrors, washing cars, and making sure all of the vehicle inventory looks its best. Organizing and parking vehicles with a high attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.
  • Assisting the sales staff with transport, etc: Transporting vehicles and merchandise under the direction of the sales staff, running errands, doing whatever is necessary to maintain safe, clean, and welcoming lot conditions.

Qualifications

  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Valid Drivers License and good driving record
  • Desire to learn and adapt
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and communication skills
  • Background in retail merchandising or driving is a plus! 
  • Must be able to stand and walk continuously, work both indoors and outdoors, and lift up to 50 pounds.
