***This position is an onsite role and will provide onsite support to both our Allentown, PA & Conshohocken, PA office.**

You are driven and eager to work with your team to see the project through from beginning to end, which includes development and implementation digital marketing campaigns to promote the Colliers Greater Industrial platform, individual professionals, and the institutional clients we represent to assist in closing the deals.

With an ultimate goal of due diligence process, maintaining brand awareness and serving our clients. You are familiar with using industry leading digital tactics and data driven methods, leveraging both native and paid exposure spaces.

You are a big-picture professional, motivated, and driven by the success of the team. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and maintain your focus on critical, long-term goals and strategies. You are highly organized and detailed, enjoy interfacing directly with clients, and can coordinate a multitude of regional projects.

In this role, you will...

  • Oversee the entire transaction process, ensuring that all necessary documents, contracts, and agreements are prepared, reviewed, and executed accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Assist in conducting due diligence investigations, including gathering and reviewing property information, financial records, leases, permits, and other relevant documents to identify any potential issues or risks.

  • Participate in management and coordination of transaction and due diligence processes. entering deal sheets, submitting completed trade record, and supporting paperwork.

  • Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction. You facilitate communication, provide updates, and address any concerns or inquiries throughout the process.

  • Create and manage transaction timelines, ensuring that all necessary tasks and milestones are completed within the designated timeframes. This includes coordinating inspections, appraisals, financing arrangements, and closing activities.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This includes maintaining accurate transaction records, filing necessary reports, and adhering to industry best practices.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, property values, rental rates, and other market factors that may impact commercial real estate transactions.

  • Seek opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve transaction management systems. You stay informed about industry advancements, technologies, and tools to optimize transaction coordination.

  • Create various marketing materials including brochures, surveys, offering memorandums, aerials, data sheets, client specific packages, maps, eblasts, newsletters.

  • Upload and manage online listing websites, such as colliers.com and other relevant media (CoStar, LoopNet)

  • Research property site information using various sources (Costar, LoopNet, Land Vision, local county sites)

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Advanced technical and computer skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite required (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).

  • 3+ years' experience supporting sales team in with Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines and effectively handles stressful situations.

  • Excellent communication (follow-through and follow-up) skills, and ability to meet commitments and deadlines.
