Get Engaged is a leading full-service marketing agency with a focus in social media and
influencer marketing. We are looking to hire a Social Media Account Manager with 2-3+ years
agency experience who will develop and implement ,digital strategies as well as assist in
the content ideation and creation process for a variety of category-leading brands.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
  • Develop platform strategies specific to clients' unique needs
  • Utilize social listening tools and native platform features to inform ongoing content and to capitalize on real-time trends
  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates and new technologies, and loop in creative, brand management, and client teams as necessary
  • Proactively search for relevant engagement opportunities for brands, and communicate with online communities in a timely manner
  • Assist in development of innovative content and activations that contribute to brand growth and help to reach client and agency goals
  • Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations in order to establish our clients as leaders in their industries

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in social media management with a particular focus on the following platforms:

  • Hands-on experience in content creation efforts
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills; this role will require the ability to oversee and coordinate efforts between various departments in order to execute campaign asks

  • Desire to push Get Engaged and our clients to unique, and at times uncomfortable, new whitespaces
