Job description

Designer Eyes is growing and looking to hire an Operations & Logistics Coordinator!


Responsibilities include:
1) Supporting the retail business via creation, transmission, tracking and monitoring of all purchase orders
2) Establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with vendors; communicating with vendors regularly to ensure accuracy of product-related data, order transmission, and timely delivery of goods
3) Analyzing data and KPIs and making recommendations related to inventory management and core replenishment
4) Thinking outside of the box and presenting ideas to optimize operations, cost-savings, and problem resolution
Requirements:
1) 3+ years of retail inventory management/operations experience
2) Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills
3) Advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, etc.)
