Job description

MARKETING OPERATIONS LEAD
Passion, Inc.
OBJECTIVE
The Marketing Operations Lead is the systems architect behind Passion's marketing efforts, responsible for owning the marketing tech stack-including HubSpot-while enabling streamlined campaign execution, automation, and reporting across all Passion organizations. This individual partners closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and data integrity across all digital touchpoints.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CRM + MarTech Stack Ownership
  • Own day-to-day management and optimization of HubSpot as the central marketing automation and CRM platform.
  • Maintain and expand the marketing tech stack to support evolving campaign needs (integrations, forms, APIs, lead scoring, etc.).
  • Ensure data hygiene, governance, organization and list management practices are followed.

2. Marketing Automation & Workflow Enablement
  • Build and maintain automated nurture workflows, lead pipelines, and conditional logic flows across campaigns and organizations.
  • Support Digital Marketing Team with backend infrastructure for execution.

3. Campaign Infrastructure Support
  • Manage tracking mechanisms (UTMs, custom events, tagging) across paid, email, and web efforts.
  • Ensure seamless handoff between front-end campaign strategy and backend delivery systems.
  • Collaborate with the various team members to maintain accurate tagging across all CRM properties.

4. Reporting & Dashboards
  • Build and manage dashboards for campaign performance, channel health, and organizational marketing goals.
  • Serve as internal consultant to Marketing Leads and the Digital Marketing Manager for insights and data interpretation.
  • Own the rhythm and delivery of regular reporting to Marketing Leads across all teams.

5. Innovation & Scalability
  • Champion continuous improvement through tool exploration, AI integration, and emerging MarTech platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal tech team to ensure systems + processes are integrated and aligned.
  • Identify marketing team process bottlenecks and create solutions to improve execution efficiency.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, and/or marketing technology roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot (certifications strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, UTM frameworks, dashboard tools (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio, HubSpot Reports).
  • Proficiency with marketing data flows, web forms, tagging, and cross-channel attribution.
  • Systems-minded thinker with a love for structure, logic, and optimization.
  • Proactive problem-solver who thrives behind the scenes and supports team wins.
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator able to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
