Reliability Engineer – Houston, TX

What you will do
  • Analyze equipment performance to identify failure trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and apply tools such as FMEA and RCM
  • Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Partner with maintenance and operations teams to improve equipment uptime
  • Track and report key reliability metrics such as MTBF and MTTR
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and safety standards
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or a related field
  • 3‑5 years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or manufacturing environments
