Project Coordinator - Technical Services Specialist

As a Project Coordinator - Technical Services Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting labeling and packaging operations within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple functions, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely label production that helps keep critical manufacturing and packaging activities moving forward.

What you will do
  • Interface with clients and internal teams to relay project updates, resolve issues, and maintain effective cross-functional communication.
  • Coordinate label design, proofing, approval, and production activities to support packaging operations and project timelines.
  • Create, revise, and maintain label designs, proofs, and printed samples for client review and approval.
  • Collaborate with Project Management and other stakeholders to ensure labeling requirements and translations are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Manage label production schedules, inventory levels, and documentation to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Ensure labeling processes comply with cGMP requirements, quality standards, and regulatory expectations.
  • Partner with Quality, Operations, Purchasing, and external vendors to support investigations, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety and sustainability by following established procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement.

What we are looking for
  • Associate degree in Project Management, Life Sciences, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of label design, printing, document control, or packaging operations.
  • Strong proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
