We’re looking for a Sous Chef with a strong background and enthusiasm to help lead the team at one of Maryland's most celebrated seafood restaurants.

✔ 1–2 years of experience in culinary leadership
✔ Strong leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and train kitchen staff effectively
✔ Deep knowledge of food production, kitchen operations, and food management
