Job description

The Roadside Tech plays a crucial role in providing prompt and effective roadside assistance to a diverse fleet of vehicles, including passenger cars, light trucks and vans, and heavy-duty trucks. Operating within a dispatch-supported small service team, this position requires the ability to handle emergency repairs, vehicle diagnostics, and customer communication while adhering to safety standards. With varied shifts including on-call and rotating schedules, the Roadside Tech ensures vehicles are back on the road quickly and safely across local and long-distance routes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify issues quickly
  • Conduct emergency roadside repairs including tire changes and jump starts
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and resolve concerns
  • Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and standards
  • Navigate routes efficiently using mobile dispatch apps and tools
