We are currently hiring Drivers and Movers who are reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within a purpose-driven organization. Experience is helpful - attitude, reliability, and professionalism matter even more.
We'll teach the moving, driving, and leadership skills.
What You'll do:
Every day is different. One day you may help a young family move into their first home. The next day you could be relocating a business or helping someone begin a new chapter in life.
Your responsibilities include:
  • Lead and/or support local, long-distance, and commercial moving crews
  • Safely drive 26 ft. box trucks to and from job sites (Drivers/Crew Supervisors)
  • Complete pre- and post-trip inspections (Drivers/Crew Supervisors)
  • Safely load, unload, and move clients' household/commercial goods
  • Protect clients' household/commercial goods and property
  • Safely lift and carry 50+ lbs (sometimes up stairs)
  • Solve problems professionally while on the job
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
Pay & Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly pay starting at $16.00/hour (based on experience)

Driver Requirements:
  • Ability to safely lift and move furniture throughout the day, 50+ lbs
  • Ability to work in varying conditions

  • Valid driver's license for at least 2 years (Driver/Crew Supervisor positions)
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years (Driver/Crew Supervisor positions)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass background screening and pre-employment requirements
