Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to transport metal roofing, rainware materials, and related products to customer locations and job sites. You will ensure accurate, timely deliveries while supporting warehouse and yard operations through material handling, loading, and equipment use. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent punctuality, and a commitment to dependable customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate an 18 ft box truck to deliver metal roofing, rainware materials, and related products to customer locations and job sites.
  • Verify deliveries for accuracy by checking materials against delivery documentation before departure and upon arrival.
  • Load trucks using a forklift, ensuring materials are properly secured for safe transport.
  • Handle materials carefully throughout the loading, transport, and unloading process to prevent damage.
  • Unload materials at customer locations and job sites in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
  • Follow established delivery schedules and routes while meeting required timelines.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills to complete multiple deliveries within scheduled hours.
  • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the box truck remains in safe operating condition.
