Job description

Position Summary:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Long Distance Movers (Non-CDL) to join our team. In this role, you will assist with long-distance household and commercial moves across the United States. Candidates must be physically fit, dependable, and comfortable being away from home for extended periods (30 to 90 days at a time).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport household goods, furniture, and other items for long-distance relocations
  • Safely pack, wrap, and secure customer belongings to prevent damage during transit
  • Assist with operating company vehicles (straight trucks or box trucks - Non-CDL required)
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the truck and at job sites
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Complete necessary paperwork and move documentation

Requirements:
  • Must have a valid DOT Medical Card (current and up to date)
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License (Non-CDL) with a clean driving record
  • Ability and willingness to be on the road for 30 to 90 days consecutively
  • Physically capable of heavy lifting (up to 100+ lbs repeatedly) and prolonged standing/walking
  • Previous moving experience preferred, but not required - we will train motivated candidates
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work well in a team
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Availability to travel nationwide for extended periods
