NOW HIRING

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is hiring non-CDL drivers.

Starting Pay: $20/hour plus tips

No experience necessary. Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record over the last 5 years.

Candidates are expected to have reliable transportation to/from work. Must be willing to authorize a background check and pre-employment drug screen, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is a drug-free work place.

COMPENSATION

· Starting pay: $20/hour plus tips

· Opportunities for additional pay include:

o Optional long-distance moves

o Monthly performance bonuses

· $1 Pay raise every 6-months if performance metrics are met

HOURS

· Full-time and part-time schedules available Monday through Saturday (Sundays optional based on demand).

ABOUT THE ROLE

· Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.

· Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer’s belongings.

· Work with a team of movers to load and unload moving trucks.

· Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.

· Safely drive and maneuver a box truck.

PAID TRAINING

· All employees are trained in proper preparation, lifting and moving furnishings and boxes. Including the proper use of moving equipment.

· Complete training and support program to drive a commercial vehicle and obtain your DOT certificate at no cost to you.
