Island Time Transportation is seeking professional, customer-focused drivers to join our growing team serving Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs, Naples, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and the surrounding Southwest Florida communities.

As a Professional Private Transportation Driver, you’ll provide safe, reliable transportation to and from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), cruise ports, hotels, residences, businesses, and other destinations.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely transport passengers to and from airports, cruise ports, hotels, residences, businesses, and special events.
  • Arrive early for every scheduled pickup.
  • Monitor flight arrivals and adjust pickup times as needed.
  • Assist passengers with luggage.
  • Communicate professionally with passengers before and during every trip.
  • Use the Island Time Transportation Driver App to manage rides.
  • Maintain a clean, smoke-free, vape-free, and odor-free vehicle.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service on every trip.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills with the ability to communicate porfessionally with passengers, dispatch, and airport personnel.
  • Own or lease an SUV, crossover, or larger vehicle.
  • Vehicle must be late model, feature a clean leather interior, and be in excellent mechanical condition.
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Professional business casual appearance.
  • Comfortable using smartphone apps and GPS navigation.
  • Ability to assist passengers with luggage.
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional flight delays.
