Job description

Shuttle Driver

The Shuttle Driver safely transports guests throughout the resort while providing excellent customer service and maintaining safe vehicle operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport guests on assigned routes throughout the resort property.
  • Provide transportation for employees between designated housing locations and resort properties as assigned.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide guests with information, maps, and directions as needed.
  • Maintain shuttle cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall vehicle conditions.
  • Complete daily shuttle inspection reports and communicate maintenance concerns promptly.
  • Operate radios efficiently and professionally when communicating with resort staff.
  • Assist with snow and ice removal from shuttles, trams, and loading areas when needed.
  • Ensure all passengers follow safety procedures while boarding, riding, and exiting the vehicle.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid PA State issued CDL-P driver's license preferred.
  • A clean driving record is required.
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate a 15 to 25 passenger shuttle.
  • Ability to drive a truck with a tram attached preferred.
  • Ability to safely transport employees between resort and housing locations.
  • Flexible work schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must be able to speak and read English, additional languages a plus.
  • Ability to sit and operate a vehicle for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull light objects.
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to busy or noisy work areas.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
