Brand Ambassador (Part Time)

The general market Brand Ambassador (aka BAM, CMT, Sampling Rep) is a nonexempt, part-time position considered to be a face and voice of our brands. Responsible for increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting products through various media channels. Works closely with sales and marketing to develop general market and LDA marketing goals and objectives such as communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events.

This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager & Sales Department.

Primary Objectives/Role and Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with the company’s mission, vision, and goals
  • Demonstrate an understanding of marketplace, trends and lifestyle.
  • Work with Sales Department & Marketing Team to focus on and develop marketing strategies in retail accounts.
  • Assist in obtaining resources needed to activate promotions to target LDA consumers and provide leads for the same to leadership and team members.
  • Participating in event marketing both on and off premise
  • Represent brands positively in a multitude of settings.
  • Generating brand awareness through word-of-mouth marketing
  • Providing feedback and insight on new products/services
  • Assisting in content creation (social media posts)
  • Promoting the brand via their personal social media accounts
  • Attends meetings and functions during the days, nights, and weekends as required and in appropriate professional attire.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Development of the Position

  • The position will require continuous education and product knowledge. As Adams Beverages adjusts changes or acquires new brands, this position will need to understand these brands, their origin, flavor profile and product placement needs.
  • Completion of all assigned ABU courses that relate to the position and safety.

Competencies & Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Some College or Continued Education Preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and tools
  • Adaptable; must have the ability to prioritize tasks
