About the Role
We're looking for a Grow People Partner to serve as the primary Grow People team member for our Lolli & Pops retail stores.
This role is all about building strong leaders, navigating people challenges, and creating an exceptional employee experience. You'll partner closely with Store Managers and Store Experience leaders to provide thoughtful guidance, coach through complex situations, and help our Lolli & Pops stores thrive.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact through people.
What You'll Do:
Leadership Partnership
โ€ข Serve as the primary Grow People point of contact for Lolli & Pops retail leaders.
โ€ข Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, and leadership best practices.
โ€ข Build trusted relationships and provide practical, business-focused guidance.
Employee Relations
โ€ข Oversee employee relations and workplace investigations for our Lolli & Pops stores
โ€ข Guide leaders through performance management and corrective action.
โ€ข Partner with the Head of Grow People on complex or high-risk situations.
Talent & Culture
โ€ข Support hiring, talent development, and succession planning.
โ€ข Help strengthen engagement, retention, and leadership capability.
โ€ข Champion the Grow People philosophy across the retail organization.
Compliance
โ€ข Advise leaders on employment practices, policies, and compliance.
โ€ข Support leave, accommodation, and other employee matters.
โ€ข Identify risks and recommend practical solutions.
What You Bring:
โ€ข 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
โ€ข Experience supporting multi-location operations, preferably in retail or hospitality.
โ€ข Strong employee relations and manager coaching experience.
โ€ข Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR best practices.
โ€ข Excellent communication, judgment, and relationship-building skills.
โ€ข A proactive, collaborative approach and a passion for growing people.

The pay range for this role is:
