Backed by BlackRock's Diversified Infrastructure business, Jupiter Power has a strategic and established portfolio of 787.5/1375 of utility-scale energy storage projects operating or in construction in the U.S., with a leading pipeline of over 11,000 MW in active development.
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the movement of materials, products, and equipment to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. This role serves as a key liaison between suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and project teams, to manage transportation activities, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate logistics records. The Logistics Coordinator helps optimize supply chain performance while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
This role will be based out of and of our offices Houston, TX, Austin, TX, or Chicago, IL and subject to our return-to-office policy, which currently requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
Logistics & Transportation
  • Coordinate and track domestic and international shipments.
  • Work with carriers, brokers, and logistics providers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Resolve shipment delays and provide delivery updates to project teams.

Vendor & Carrier Management
  • Serve as the primary contact for transportation and logistics partners.
  • Assist with freight claims, damage reporting, and issue resolution.

Documentation & Compliance
  • Review and maintain shipping documents, including BOLs, packing lists, invoices, customs paperwork, and proof of delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and site requirements.

Inventory & Warehouse Support
  • Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses and project sites.
  • Support inventory accuracy and timely receipt and distribution of materials.

Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Track logistics KPIs, including freight costs, delivery performance, and warehousing expenses.
  • Prepare reports and recommend process improvements to enhance service levels and reduce costs.

Cross-Functional Support
  • Partner with Procurement, Construction, Project Management, and Finance teams.
  • Communicate shipment status, risks, and material delivery requirements.

Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, transportation, or operations.
  • Experience working with freight carriers, warehouses, and logistics providers preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation & Benefits
80,000 Minimum - 100,000 Maximum
In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package for this position includes eligibility to participate in our bonus and equity programs.
