    What You'll Do:

    Customer Service & Data Analytics:Identify opportunities to improve service for consignee and customer locations; develop, recommend, and implement solutions based on findings. Provide timely reporting and actionable insights using standard CJ Logistics tools for carrier performance, consignee performance, and volume spike impacts. Respond to all customer requests for information and act as a subject matter expert for shared services platforms.

    Inventory Management:Use business intelligence to deliver data-driven recommendations that optimize inventory management. Oversee alignment between physical, WMS, and customer inventory systems; make inventory adjustments and provide guidance to inventory clerks as needed. Conduct detailed research into overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D) and recommend corrective actions. Analyze trends, monitor process controls, and develop metrics for all inventory components to ensure ongoing accuracy and compliance.

    Operational Health & Reporting:Collect and assess process data to identify trends, isolate root causes, and provide early warning of inventory or quality concerns. Produce operational health analyses and scorecard data for each Logistics Center, providing insights and recommendations to Operations Leadership. Report on system controls, process effectiveness, and metrics required for inventory and quality assurance.

    Quality & Compliance:Ensure compliance with portions of the Quality Management System, including product traceability and management of non-conforming products. Conduct mock track and trace events to validate product traceability and regulatory compliance.

    Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:Partner with CJL warehouse, customer manufacturing, and shipping locations to support volume planning and operational initiatives. Support customer invoicing processes and contribute to continuous improvement activities. Recommend and support training initiatives based on trend analysis and operational health findings.

    What You'll Bring:

    Bachelor's degree.

    2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics analyst role.

    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

    Proven ability toanalyze dataand provide actionable recommendations.

    Experience working in acentralized environmentsupporting multiple sites.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

    Prior work experience in a 3PL environment.

    Experience withSQL and/or similar data analysis/reporting tools.

    Experience withLean Management and/or Six Sigma methodology.
