JOB TITLE: Logistics Management Analyst
LOCATION: Littleton, CO
PAY RATE: $28.00/hour

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Job Details:

Qualifying Questions:

  • Are you a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual) as defined under ITAR regulations?

Summary: 

  • Assists with apprenticeship onboarding for a 9‑week paid program, including rapid onboarding of large groups (48‑60 apprentices) approximately 5 times per year.

  • Sets up classrooms and computers for training, performs computer troubleshooting, and coordinates onboarding logistics.

  • Creates and maintains spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.

  • Organizes and prepares onboarding materials for new apprentices.

  • Coordinates program graduation ceremony logistics.

  • Performs program report pulls and audits tracking candidate files.

  • Audits electronic files for each cohort during and after the program.

  • Assists with program invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.

  • Prepares and disseminates grant funding streams in coordination with the Data Analyst.

  • Provides attendance tracking and process control for the apprenticeship program.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

  • IT background for computer setup and troubleshooting.

  • Experience with onboarding logistics and coordination for large groups.

  • Ability to set up training classrooms and computers.

  • Experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.

  • Experience with accounts payable and receivable processing.

  • Experience with file and record auditing for compliance.

  • Familiarity with grant funding preparation and dissemination.

  • Ability to coordinate event logistics including graduation ceremonies.

  • Experience with program reporting and data analysis.
