Join our guest services team-the heartbeat of our business and the warmth our guests remember long after their stay. 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
  • Assisting guests with their arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
  • Valet parking vehicles
  • Driving the guest shuttle throughout Kohler Campus
  • Identification of guest and room number, analyzing the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions
  • Identifying guest and room number, analyze the logistics and the most efficient procedures of bringing luggage to guest's room
  • Miscellaneous deliveries required by guest or hotel staff
  • Maintaining a clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets

This is a part-time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.
