Job Summary: We are seeking a Solution Architect to support an assigned IT portfolio such as Logistics Technology, Sales Technology, E-commerce, or similar business domains. The architect will be responsible for developing solution designs for new capabilities and projects while also providing technical leadership for operational initiatives, system upgrades, patches, production support, and outage resolution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, solution architecture, application architecture, or related technology roles.
  • Experience supporting Logistics, Supply Chain, Sales, E-commerce, Warehouse Management, or other business technology portfolios.
  • Strong experience designing enterprise or portfolio-level technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of API, microservices, event-driven architecture, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Project Managers, Enterprise Architects, and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development, application integration, APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Experience translating business and technical requirements into architecture designs and technical solutions.
  • Experience with production support, troubleshooting, system upgrades, technology migrations, or modernization initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. (Azure Preferred)
  • Experience with enterprise integration technologies and modern application architectures.
  • Understanding of security, infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, observability, and system reliability.
  • Experience working within an Enterprise Architecture or Architecture Governance framework.
  • TOGAF, AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform Architecture, or similar architecture certification is a plus.
