Job Summary & Responsibilities

Create shipping documents- Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipper Letter of Instruction

Filing International Export information through ACE

Crating and packing sensitive high value material for domestic and international shipments.

Loading and unloading semi-trailers

Arranging domestic and international shipments with customers and carriers

Maintain tracking log of all shipments coming through the shipping department.

Creating efficiencies for shipping department

Qualifications

College

Forklift operations,

shipping and receiving experience,

Customs filing experience

Computer experience- ERP system experience- Oracle- Microsoft Outlook, Excel
