Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team and work on-site at one of our warehouse/logistics clients. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with warehouse and logistics supervisory experience who can effectively communicate in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
  • Experience managing warehouse staff and daily logistics operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational goals.
  • Proficient with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates.
