Sales Executive
RJ Logistics is seeking a sales executive to drive new business growth and strengthen customer relationships within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional passionate about delivering customized freight solutions and achieving measurable success. This position is responsible for the full sales life cycle: prospecting, communicating, cultivating, quoting, operating, and enhancing partnerships within assigned accounts.
What you'll do:
- Identify and secure new business through proactive prospecting and outreach activities.
- Manage daily customer operations, ensuring service excellence and satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and competitive freight quotes while maintaining profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless logistics solutions.
- Exceed monthly sales and margin goals while fostering long-term client partnerships.
What you bring:
- Proven success in logistics, transportation, or B2B sales.
