Job Description:
Summary
Oversee IT and business systems enhancement and development projects from initiation to completion,
primarily using agile methodologies. Responsible for ensuring project goals are met on time, within
budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
Essential Functions
This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring that project deliverables
are completed on time and within budget.
• Work with stakeholders to identify project requirements, define project scope, and develop project
plans.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, status
reports, and other project-related documents.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring that they are identified, tracked, and
resolved in a timely manner. Including escalation when necessary.
• Manage project resources, including internal and external resources, to ensure that project
deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage project communications, including status reporting, stakeholder communication, and
team communication.
• Facilitate project meetings, including discovery and gap analysis, retrospectives, project kickoff,
status meetings, and project closure meetings.
• Use agile methodologies to manage projects, including Scrum, Kanban, and other agile
methodologies.
Supervisory Responsibilities
• Leads or directs others on a project basis.
• Coaches and mentors peers, indirect and subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, plus 5 years of Operations, Logistics, Business Analytics and/or Project
Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree, plus
4 years of G3 Operations, Logistics, Business Analytics and/or Project Management experience
reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency
and 9 years of Operations, Logistics, Business Analytics, and/or Project Management experience
reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency
and 8 years of G3 Operations, Logistics, Business Analytics, and/or Project Management
experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk
management, and communication.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, track, and resolve project issues and
risks.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Software at an intermediate level.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training,
meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the
time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree, plus 7 years of Operations, Logistics, Business Analytics and/or Project
Management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility
• MBA/Master's degree.
• Experience in a PMO environment.
• PMP or Agile certification.
• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels and build cross-functional relationships.

Compensation
Hiring Salary Range: $103,100 - $128,900
