Project Manager
Location: Burlington, KY
Build Projects. Lead Teams. Drive Results.
BME Services is seeking an organized, driven, and customer-focused Project Manager to join our growing team in Burlington, Kentucky.
In this role, you'll manage HVAC projects from initial estimate through final completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll serve as the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving forward and profitable.

What You'll Do
  • Manage day-to-day activities for HVAC projects from kickoff through completion
  • Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and logistics
  • Maintain communication with customers, field technicians, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Track project budgets, job costs, timelines, and profitability
  • Process and manage change orders
  • Conduct regular job cost reviews and profitability assessments
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues
  • Attend project meetings and customer meetings as required
  • Perform site visits to ensure quality, safety, and project compliance
  • Collaborate with estimating, service, operations, and leadership teams
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to customer expectations

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other computer applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others

  • HVAC/Plumbing industry experience
  • Mechanical construction or service project experience
  • OSHA 10 Certification
  • EPA Certification
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, purchasing, and job costing
