The Vital Role You Have

As our Territory Sales Manager, you will:

  • Coach, develop, and guide your team through performance management and career planning
  • Ensure full account coverage through proper staffing and recruiting
  • Build and strengthen key customer relationships
  • Drive sales solutions and support consistent salesprocess execution
  • Partner with the VP of Sales and Regional Manager to set and meet regional sales goals
  • Manage budgeted sales, market share, and financial targets
  • Stay current on new and existing ag equipment
  • Appraise used equipment for trade valuations
  • Stay updated on incentive programs and market activity
  • Develop sales forecasts and strategies
  • Monitor competitor activity and share best practices
  • Support integrated solutions (agronomic support, machine logistics, optimization, irrigation systems)
