$250 Employee Referral Bonus
Employees who refer a candidate who is hired and successfully completes 90 days of employment in good standing will receive a $250 referral bonus. Referred candidates must identify the referring employee during the application process to qualify.
Job Description
  • Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
  • Deliver all packages efficiently and professionally
  • Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
  • Load and unload packages safely
  • Use GPS navigation and delivery applications
  • Complete vehicle inspections before and after routes
  • Maintain professional customer interactions
  • Work independently while remaining connected to the operations team
  • Operate in varying North Dakota weather conditions
  • Maintain attendance reliability and schedule accountability

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be capable of lifting, loading, and delivering packages
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
  • Must demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accountability
  • Must maintain a safe driving record, obey all applicable traffic laws, professional conduct at all times and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions
  • Must possess a valid driver's license within the state of employment
