About the Role

Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager plans and leads key industrial projects from inception to completion, managing design, resources, timelines, costs, and scope. This role is responsible for the performance and development of assigned project staff.

Position Responsibilities:

Project Management & Oversight

  • Direct high-profile project meetings and manage complex stakeholder interactions.
  • Resolve major project issues to ensure project continuity.
  • Lead the development of high-level project strategies and plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the documentation process for high-profile and complex projects, ensuring accuracy and integration.

Schedule, Budget, and Subcontractor Management

  • Develop and manage large-scale project budgets and financial planning.
  • Implement cost control measures and oversee financial reporting, including the review and approval of revenue change orders.
  • Manage subcontractor relationships on multiple large projects.
  • Negotiate major contracts and resolve high-impact subcontractor issues.

Compliance & Closeout

  • Direct the project closeout process and manage client relationships.
  • Ensure thorough completion of all project requirements and post-construction support and quality that meets or exceeds project expectations.

Safety

  • Review and address safety performance and incidents.
  • Attend all required safety trainings and meetings.

Leadership

  • Motivate and mentor the project management and project engineering team.
  • Drive organizational change and improvement within the construction department.

General Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • All employees are responsible for the general upkeep of work and shared spaced
  • Punctual and regular attendance is required of all employees
We're Seeking Individuals Who Have:
  • Strong knowledge of construction logistics, plan, and shop drawing coordination, along with scope management
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and trust with internal/external partners
  • Proven ability to deliver presentations and negotiate effectively with clients and subcontractors.
  • Track record of ensuring accuracy and quality in complex project documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple or large projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to mentor, motivate and direct team members and project partners
  • Advanced understanding of contractual, financial, schedule and risk mitigation elements of construction projects
  • Demonstrates expertise in estimating, budgeting, and pre-planning aspects of projects
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft Project
  • Advanced Bluebeam, Procore and other construction management solution experience
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • 10+ years of industrial construction experience, showing progressive growth in or toward a project management role.
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred
