Connected Logistics is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery of Cybersecurity Architecture and Engineering Services supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Information Security (OIS) Cybersecurity Operations Systems Engineering (COSE) program. The Program Manager serves as the primary Government interface and is responsible for overall contract execution, stakeholder engagement, staffing, quality assurance, risk management, financial performance, and achievement of mission outcomes across cybersecurity architecture, engineering, compliance, and modernization initiatives.ย 


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership for all contract activities and deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Government leadership and stakeholders.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary cybersecurity workforce supporting architecture, engineering, AI, C-SCRM, BETSIE/CDM, and knowledge management functions.
  • Direct program planning, staffing, risk management, resource allocation, and performance reporting.
  • Ensure delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives aligned to VA strategic objectives.
  • Lead program governance activities, executive briefings, and customer engagements.
  • Oversee quality management, continuous improvement, and operational excellence activities.
  • Coordinate technical priorities across architecture, engineering, risk management, and modernization efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or related discipline.ย 
  • Minimum 10 years of Information Security experience.
  • Minimum 5 years supporting cybersecurity and cloud security programs at a large Federal agency or enterprise environment.
  • Experience leading programs supporting agencies comparable in size and complexity to VA, DoD, IRS, or GSA.
  • Experience with FedRAMP, RMF, ATO, cybersecurity architecture, security engineering, and cloud modernization initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Information Security, Information Resource Management, or related discipline.ย 
  • Acceptable Bachelor's degree substitution- IAT III, IAM III, or IASAE III certification may substitute for a relevant bachelor's degree or four (4) years of relevant experience.ย 

One or more of the following certifications:ย 

  • PMP
  • IAT Level III
  • IAM Level III
  • IASAE Level III
