The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, cybersecurity, configuration management, contracting, and program management teams to ensure equipment readiness and mission success while maintaining compliance with DoD and Navy logistics policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Government property accountability in accordance with DoD regulations, contractual requirements, and established property management procedures.
  • Coordinate procurement, receipt, inventory, transfer, shipment, storage, and final disposition of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), software, and associated support equipment.
  • Develop, maintain, and update logistics documentation including equipment inventories, shipping records, accountability documentation, and transportation packages.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments supporting engineering development, software integration, testing events, demonstrations, and fielding activities.
  • Support Software Integration Laboratory (SIL) operations by ensuring equipment availability, material readiness, and logistics documentation accuracy.
  • Develop and coordinate Integrated Product Support (IPS) activities supporting system fielding, sustainment, modernization, technology insertion, and lifecycle management.

  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), logistics planning meetings, technical reviews, and program management reviews by providing logistics status, readiness updates, and recommendations.
  • Identify logistics risks affecting schedule, equipment availability, or mission readiness and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, configuration management, cybersecurity, contracting, quality assurance, and program management personnel to ensure successful execution of logistics activities.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit monthly Quality Assurance metrics and reports to Government leadership.
  • Evaluate QA trends and process performance, document discrepancies, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve quality, efficiency, and process compliance.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives that enhance software quality, installation accuracy, logistics execution, and overall mission readiness.
  • Ensure equipment and materials are available to support scheduled integration, testing, fielding, and operational activities.

Requirements
