Sr. Manager, Supply Chain - Logistics & Distribution Process Expert
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain Logistics & Distribution Expert to lead the transformation, optimization, and governance of logistics and distribution operations across the organization. This role will be responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing network visibility, and enabling scalable, customer-centric logistics capabilities through modern supply chain technologies and process innovation.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in logistics operations, warehouse management, transportation management, distribution strategy, and supply chain transformation initiatives. This individual will play a critical role in designing and implementing logistics solutions, strengthening operational resilience, and advancing sustainability and innovation across the logistics network.

Key Responsibilities
Project Implementation & Logistics Transformation
  • Lead the definition and implementation of logistics and distribution process requirements across warehousing, transportation, and network operations.
  • Support the design, optimization, and deployment of Warehouse Management (WM) and Transportation Management (TM) solutions within enterprise supply chain environments.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and implementation partners to align logistics solutions with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Oversee data model design, master data readiness, integration validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), cut-over planning, and go-live readiness activities.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance logistics efficiency, distribution performance, and service reliability.
  • Support the development of scalable logistics capabilities that improve operational agility and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure logistics processes comply with organizational governance standards, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.

End-to-End Process Governance & Operational Excellence
  • Lead the evolution of logistics and distribution operations into a high-performing, customer-centric capability focused on service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Enhance end-to-end visibility and transparency across the logistics network through advanced reporting, analytics, and digital monitoring capabilities.
  • Monitor logistics performance metrics, transportation efficiency, warehouse productivity, inventory flow, and delivery service levels to drive continuous improvement.
  • Anticipate operational disruptions, supply chain risks, and transportation constraints while leading mitigation and contingency planning strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Drive innovation and modernization initiatives across logistics operations, including automation, digital logistics capabilities, and intelligent transportation solutions.
  • Advance sustainability initiatives within logistics and distribution operations by identifying opportunities to reduce waste, improve transportation efficiency, and support environmentally responsible practices.
  • Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and operational standards to support consistent execution and performance management across the logistics network.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Procurement, Planning, Customer Operations, Finance, Clinical Operations, and IT teams to ensure integrated supply chain execution.
  • Support organizational change management and drive adoption of new logistics technologies, systems, and operational processes.

Experience, know-how and skills critical for success
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse management, distribution operations, or supply chain transformation roles.
  • Strong expertise in warehouse management, transportation management, distribution planning, and logistics network operations.
  • Experience supporting ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or SAP S/4HANA logistics implementations.
  • Proven experience leading operational process improvements and logistics optimization initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, retail healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with digital logistics technologies, automation solutions, predictive analytics, and supply chain visibility platforms.
  • Knowledge of transportation optimization, warehouse automation, and logistics risk management practices.
  • APICS/ASCM, CSCMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience working within complex, multi-site, or global supply chain environments.
