We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Operations Specialist (or Operations Manager depending on experience). This role combines operations, logistics, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate is passionate about building processes that will deliver 100% inventory accuracy and on time shipping to clients while keeping our clients and team informed on international shipments. This individual will play a key role in evolving and maintaining a profitable 3PL inside 52Launch.

Responsibilities

Warehouse & Facility Operations Oversee operations of the 52Launch warehouse and fulfillment center. Ensure accurate, efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Track and reconcile inventory levels within Shopify (or other e-commerce platforms) and the Warehouse Management System. International Logistics & Transportation Manage import and export operations, including compliance with customs regulations, documentation, and international shipping requirements.

Procure competitive quotes from international freight forwarders, ocean/air carriers, and customs brokers. Build and maintain relationships with international shipping partners and customs agents. Coordinate the timely booking and scheduling of international freight shipments. Track shipments in transit to ensure on-time arrival and proactively resolve delays or customs holds.

Verify all required export/import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin). Logistics & Transportation Coordination (Domestic) Oversee inbound and outbound freight operations - scheduling carriers, coordinating with vendors. Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and 3PL clients. Ensure on-time delivery and high order accuracy. Resolve shipping exceptions, damaged goods, or customer escalations.

Team & Labor Management Supervise warehouse associates, team leads, and/or supervisors. Systems & Reporting Oversee WMS (Warehouse Management System) usage and data integrity. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with SOPs. Customer & Client Interface Serve as the main point of contact for 3PL customers for operational matters. Resolve escalated service issues promptly and professionally.

Administrative & Financial Track and approve invoices for transportation and warehouse services. Ensure compliance with contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and regulatory requirements. Weekly reporting on progress to goals for shipping and 3PL revenue Other Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, and product) This job description is not intended to cover every single requirement of the job The company reserves the right to change job duties at any time.

What success looks like in the first 3-6 months (or moving forward) AI-forward approach to work Well-organized warehouse and accurate inventory Consistent and on time shipping of products from our 3PL Successful setup and management of a new inventory management system Efficient communication with CSM's on shipment tracking and timing for both domestic and international shipments Qualifications & Experience (required) 3-6 years of experience in an operations management role within a product-based business Proficiency (intermediate to expert) in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Demonstrated experience managing warehouse operations, including inventory management systems (IMS/WMS) Experience directly supervising and developing warehouse staff Working knowledge of international logistics, freight, and customs compliance Experience owning or contributing to P&L reporting and budget tracking Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and time-management abilities Proven ability to manage multiple brands, product lines, or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Qualifications & Experience (preferred) Degree or certification in business administration, operations management, supply chain management or equivalent experience Experience working with project management software (Click Up preferred) Familiarity with dealing directly with clients Experience coordinating full time and temporary staff Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

This range represents 52Launch's good-faith estimate at the time of posting.
