Overall Job SummaryThe Temporary Logistics Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily logistics and supply chain operations. This position ensures smooth coordination by communicating with carriers, business partners, and internal teams to maintain accurate records, ensure timely deliveries, and meet key performance metrics.This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. It also offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics operations.Core Roles & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery

  • Communicate with carriers, warehouse staff, and internal teams to resolve delivery and inventory issues

  • Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and clients

  • Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records using TMS/WMS systems

  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline logistics processes

  • Support the Operations Team with additional duties as needed and remain flexible to take on new responsibilities

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Relevant education or experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations preferred

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
