The Multi-Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple warehouse facilities to ensure efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, safe work practices, and exceptional customer service. This role provides leadership to warehouse managers and teams while driving operational excellence, productivity, cost control, and continuous process improvement across all locations.
Requirements
Operations Management
  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple warehouse locations.
  • Ensure all warehouses operate efficiently while meeting productivity and service level goals.
  • Develop and implement standardized operating procedures across all facilities.
  • Monitor warehouse performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

Leadership
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager to recruit for all needed positions.
  • Train, coach, and develop warehouse managers, supervisors, and team members.
