Position Description:
Join our dynamic team as a Logistics Developer, where you'll play a vital role in managing daily transportation and logistics operations. Your expertise will ensure smooth communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity for proactive problem-solving, process improvement, and direct engagement with logistics activities within a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, managing shipments, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvements in logistics workflows. As a key contributor, you'll help optimize costs, negotiate rates, and enhance communication with stakeholders to meet rigorous service standards. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity based in College Park, Maryland, with a competitive pay rate.
Top Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain coordination
