We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale warehouse operations, optimizing performance, and building engaged teams to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

• Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
• Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
• Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
• Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed
What we would like you to bring
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive management experience in a warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of leading leaders, including the development and management of supervisors and cross-functional operational teams.
  • Demonstrated success managing operations with a workforce of approximately 75-200 associates across multiple departments; experience in larger-scale eCommerce operations will also be considered.
  • Previous operations leadership experience within a multi-client 3PL environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong record of driving employee engagement, operational performance, and creating opportunities for team growth and development.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Process Improvement methodologies, with experience implementing operational improvements
  • Experience leading distribution center or manufacturing operations with responsibility for productivity, quality, safety, and customer service metrics
  • Minimum 2 years of Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience; Blue Yonder experience is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience,skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
