We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Cambridge. This company is a leading RD facility focused on high-speed 5-axis machining solutions for industries including automotive racing, aerospace, consumer electronics, and beyond. The Manager of Logistics, Inventory, and Shipping will lead and optimize all logistics, inventory control, and shipping operations at our Cambridge facility. This leadership role ensures the efficient receipt of raw materials, accurate inventory management, and timely, compliant shipment of our precision machined parts worldwide. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring on-time, cost-effective delivery. - Manage international shipments, with a strong focus on the U.S. market. - Handle all aspects of customs clearance, broker communication, and CUSMA compliance. - Negotiate with shipping companies and customs brokers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.) for optimal rates and service. - Coordinate the shipment of high-value and high-volume precision components. - Maintain precise inventory records and drive continuous improvements in tracking systems. - Collaborate with production and procurement teams to align material flow with project timelines. - Oversee the preparation of shipping documentation, especially for international shipping - Lead and develop team members Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
