Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support daily outbound and inbound logistics operations, order fulfillment, and transportation coordination. This role partners closely with Sales, Warehouse, Receiving, and freight carriers to ensure accurate order processing, compliant shipping documentation, cost-effective freight arrangements, timely deliveries, and smooth inbound coordination. Inbound receiving coordination experience is strongly preferred.
 
Responsibilities
·      Process daily orders in SAP, including allocations and generating packing lists for warehouse execution.
·      Coordinate with freight carriers, warehouse staff, and internal departments to resolve shipping, delivery, or receiving issues in a timely manner. 
·      Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of analysis, and other required documents; ensure shipments are routed appropriately and in compliance.
·      Obtain, compare and negotiate freight quotes to support cost-effective transportation. 
·      Schedule freight pickups and arrange truck appointments; communicate shipping instructions to carriers and drivers as needed.
·      Track shipments and proactively communicate shipping status updates to internal teams and customers.
·      Post goods issue / shipment confirmations in SAP and maintain accurate shipping records.
·      Support inbound logistics coordination, including inbound delivery appointments, receiving-related documentation, communication with vendors and carriers.
·      Handle sample shipments and small parcel/express shipments based on business needs (send/receive samples and packages).
·      Review freight invoices for accuracy and complete internal approval processes; investigate discrepancies and support freight claims/cases (e.g., billing disputes, damage/shortage claims). 
·      Participate in cycle counts and monthly inventory counts; support physical inventory activities. 
·      Perform other duties and projects assigned by supervisor and management.
 
Required Skills
·      Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese is required. 
·      Inbound logistics or receiving coordination experience is strongly preferred.
·      2+ years in logistics, shipping coordination, warehouse operations, or supply chain support roles.
·      Experience scheduling freight/trucks and coordinating with carriers.
·      Proficiency using ERP systems; SAP experience is strongly preferred.
·      Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and shipping documents.
·      Effective communication skills (email, phone) and a strong customer-service mindset.
·      Bachelor’s degree in logistics/supply chain/business is a plus.
