Full Job Description

Operations Manager — Oilfield Trucking & Rental Company Location: Baggs, WY

About the Role

ZOCO Unlimited is an established oilfield trucking and equipment rental company serving the Baggs, WY area, and we're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help keep our fleet, crews, and rental equipment running at full speed. If you're organized, computer-savvy, and level-headed under pressure, this is a fast-paced, hands-on role with a tight-knit team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily dispatch and operations for our trucking business — coordinating drivers, routes, and schedules
  • Oversee equipment rental logistics, making sure trucks, crews, and gear are where they need to be, on time
  • Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, weather delays, and last-minute customer needs in real time
  • Keep safety, efficiency, and clear communication at the center of daily operations
  • Work cross-functionally with drivers, customers, and management to keep the operation running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • Strong computer skills are a must — you'll be working daily with dispatch software, scheduling systems, and reporting tools
  • Dispatch or operations experience, ideally in oilfield services, trucking, or equipment rental
  • CDL is a strong plus but not required
  • Comfortable working in a small, close-knit rural community — Baggs is a great fit for someone who already lives locally or is looking for a genuine small-town lifestyle
  • Organized, level-headed under pressure, and capable of managing multiple trucks, drivers, and rental assets at once

A CDL and hands-on driving experience are not required for this role, but they are highly valued and will positively influence your starting salary. If you hold a CDL, the following qualifications will directly increase your base pay:

  • Heavy equipment hauling
  • Belly dump operation
  • Side dump operation
  • Oversized / oversize load transport
  • Winch truck operations
  • Tanker endorsement

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off
  • Health Insurance: company contribution toward your existing health plan
  • Retirement: Simple IRA with company match
  • Onsite employee housing (Man Camp) available
  • Company-issued truck
  • Dedicated company phone
  • Competitive salary based on experience

How to Apply

If you know the oilfield industry, have sharp computer skills, and want to be part of a tight-knit team running a busy trucking and rental operation, we want to talk to you.
