Job Title: Warehouse Operations AssociateJob DescriptionThe Warehouse Operations Associate performs and coordinates a mix of manual and automated tasks to support the accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products. This role ensures an efficient product flow from vendor receipt through to on-time delivery to internal and external customers, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming products from vendors, verify quantities and condition, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Pick customer and internal orders accurately using RF scanners and other warehouse tools.
- Pack products securely and efficiently to meet quality standards and minimize damage during transit.
- Stage and organize orders for shipment according to prescribed service parameters and schedules.
- Load and unload products for shipping and receiving, following safety and handling guidelines.
- Transport products within the warehouse and place items in designated storage locations.
- Replenish shelves and stock inventory to maintain appropriate levels and support order fulfillment.
- Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock records.
- Use RF scanners and related technology to track product movement and update system records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- Follow all operational procedures and safety protocols to support efficient warehouse operations.
Essential Skills- At least 1 year of experience in roles such as picker/packer, shelf stocker, warehouse worker, logistics, or similar positions.
- Demonstrated experience with order picking, packing, stocking, and inventory handling.
- Ability to use RF scanners or similar handheld devices for order picking and inventory tracking.
- Experience in shipping and receiving processes within a warehouse environment.
- Capability to stand and remain on feet for 7–9 hours per day.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and inventory.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Reliability and punctuality in a shift-based warehouse setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution environment.
- Familiarity with staging, transporting, and storing products in a structured warehouse layout.
- Comfort working with both manual and automated warehouse tasks.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse environment that supports both day and night shifts. Typical schedules include a day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and a night shift from 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. You will work on your feet for extended periods, performing tasks such as picking, packing, stocking, and moving inventory. The role involves using RF scanners and other standard warehouse equipment, handling various types of products, and working in an active, fast-paced setting where safety, organization, and teamwork are essential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MADISON, MS.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.
