Job description

The Logistics Analyst is responsible for analyzing warehouse and logistics data to optimize operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and support seamless product flow. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity within the WMS, improving processes, preparing shipping documentation, and delivering accurate reporting to support operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $65,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Analyze data from WMS, EDI, and customer portals to identify trends and operational inefficiencies.
  • Ensure data integrity through audits, cycle counts, and inventory transaction reviews.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including BOLs, Shippers, and Commercial Invoices.
  • Generate reports to evaluate performance and support decision-making.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to reporting and transactions.
  • Lead or support process optimization initiatives, SOP development, and technology adoption projects.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain required.
  • Strong background in process mapping, analysis, and optimization.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, complex formulas; Power Query/VBA a plus).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
