Job Overview

Displays2Go is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support domestic LTL, volume, and specialty freight shipments.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role responsible for coordinating shipments, managing freight claims, reviewing freight invoices, supporting customer returns, and communicating with carriers to resolve shipping issues. You'll work closely with internal departments and transportation partners to ensure shipments are delivered accurately and on time.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate domestic LTL, volume, and specialty freight shipments.

  • Manage freight claims from start to resolution.

  • Coordinate customer returns and reverse logistics, including carrier pickups.

  • Review freight invoices for accuracy and obtain freight quotes as needed.

  • Communicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipment and delivery issues.

  • Track shipments and maintain accurate transportation records.

  • Assist with day-to-day transportation activities and help ensure freight moves efficiently.

  • Recommend improvements to transportation processes when appropriate.

What You BringRequired Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, freight coordination, customer service, or a related office environment.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
