Winbro Group is a world market leader in the development and manufacture of special purpose machining systems and machining technologies of precision components. In addition to providing machine tool turnkey solutions for the Aerospace and Industrial Gas Turbine Industries, they offer supported onsite facilities management to give clients full support and technical backup. Winbro is at the forefront of their industry leading in new technologies both in design, development and manufacture.
What Will You Do?
The Quality & Logistics Administrator performs visual and dimensional quality inspections on high-value aerospace, gas turbine, and medical components while managing daily logistics and shipping operations. This role takes ownership of material documentation by raising inspection records, creating manufacturing routers, and maintaining relevant ERP administration.
  • Generate work orders, maintain shipping documentation, and update shipping logs for Advanced Manufacturing (AM) accounts within Microsoft Dynamics (D365).
  • Update spreadsheets for tracking PO quantities, invoices, and delivery notes
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections on complex, high-value gas turbine components, medical devices, and tooling.
  • Utilize micrometers, calipers, various specialized gages, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to ensure part accuracy.
  • Oversee inbound receiving, packaging, and outbound dispatch operations.
  • Manage outbound shipments and coordinates logistics using specialized customer portals.
  • Meet or exceed daily shift output, efficiency, and quality targets.
  • Execute general administrative tasks and other reasonable duties assigned by the Department Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, required, two-year technical degree, preferred
  • 2 - 3 years administrative support experience in manufacturing environment
  • Prior experience with ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of spreadsheet packages (Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels verbal and written
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Frequently sit, stand, stoop, bend, twist.
  • Regular and timely attendance
  • US Citizen or existing Green Card Holder due to our customer facility access requirements
